ACCESS TO WATERSIDE VILLAGE FOR REALTORS TO SELL YOUR CONDO


Owners who want to sell their condo may provide access to their realtor to Waterside Village either by giving their realtor an access card or the office and the security guard may let them in providing the following conditions are met.

In all cases, owners must provide a letter to the Manager identifying the Realtor with whom the owner has contracted a listing, giving your condo number and permission to enter the Village and your Unit without prejudice to the Manager of the Waterside Village Association of Condo Owners.

Seasonal residents upon leaving Waterside and who have given their access card to a Realtor must inform the Manager to ensure that their access card remains active until their condo is sold or the contract with their realtor is terminated.

Those owners who do not provide their Realtor with an access card must advise their Realtor that they will have to provide proof that they are the Realtor you contracted with and they must also leave their driver’s license with the Office or the Security Guard on their way in.  These documents will be returned when the Realtor leaves the premises.

Owners who have not given their access card to their Realtor and who depend on the Office to open the gate must advise their Realtor that the Office hours for this purpose will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..  The Security Guard, when on duty, will give access between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. only during evenings. Should a security guard be on duty during the day on weekends, the security guard would give access during that time as well, provided all conditions set out have been met.

Below is a form letter which you must complete and leave with the Manager.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE UNDERSIGNED THAT THESE AUTHORIZATIONS ARE GIVEN WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE MANAGER, THE SECURITY GUARD OR THE WATERSIDE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION OF CONDO OWNERS.

The undersigned has the obligation to advise his realtor(s) that they must provide identification demonstrating that they are realtors and that they must turn in their driver’s license on their way in to the Village.
