Owners,

It appears that we have save one, we were ready to face Dorian, so far no visible damage to the building and to the common elements. Tomorrow we will go around, check on roof, awnings and Florida room and take picture if there is damage and we will report back to the owners. For the one that remain on site, if you see something report such to the office.

Marian Petrescu provided the following update from National Hurricane Center at 11:00 am today, our area has been discontinued :

At the 11 a.m. update, a storm surge warning was extended north to South Santee River, South Carolina, and a storm surge watch was extended north to Cape Lookout, North Carolina. A hurricane warning was issued for the coast of South Carolina from north of Edisto Beach to the South Santee River. A hurricane watch was issued from north of South Santee River to Duck, North Carolina, including the Pamlico and Albemarle Sounds. A tropical storm warning has been extended north to Edisto Beach, South Carolina.
A storm surge warning has been discontinued south of Jupiter Inlet. A storm surge watch south of Lantana has been discontinued. A hurricane watch from Deerfield Beach to Jupiter Inlet has been discontinued. A tropical storm watch from Golden Beach to Deerfield Beach has been discontinued.

This morning it’s a light rain but expecting stronger bands with more rain and winds.  Emergency services still wants people off the roads so we told our staff to stay home.  Not much could be done in the rain all day anyway.  Tomorrow everyone will be back in.

Il semblerait que nous avons été épargné. Nous étions préparés à l’arrivée de Dorian. Aucun dommage visible jusqu'à présent aux bâtiments et aux espaces communs. Demain nous ferons une inspection des toitures, auvents et Florida room, prendrons des photos et ferons rapport. Pour les résidents présentement sur le site, si vous voyez quelque chose merci de le rapporter au bureau.

Marian Petrescu a fourni le rapport suivant suite à la dernière mise à jour du "National Hurricane Center" de 11:00 ce matin, dans laquelle notre secteur a été enlevé des urgences:
"A la mise à jour de 11:00, un avis d'augmentation de la tempête a été augmenté au nord jusqu'a South Sante River, Caroline du Sud et un avis de surveillance a été étendu jusqu'au nord de Cape Lookout, Caroline du Nord. Un avis d'ouragan a été émis pour la côte de la Caroline du Sud depuis le nord de Edisto Beach à South Santee River. Un avis d'ouragan a été émis pour le nord de South Santee River à Duck en Caroline du Nord, incluant Pamlico et Albermarle Sounds. Un avis de tempête tropicale englobe Edisto Beach en Caroline du Sud.
Un avis d'un accroissement d'une tempête a été suspendu pour le sud de Jupiter Inlet. Un accroissement de l'ouragan au sud de Lantana a été suspendu. Un avis de surveillance d'ouragan de Deerfield Beach à Jupiter Inlet a aussi été suspendu. Un avis de tempête tropical de Golden Beach à Deerfield Beach a aussi été suspendu.

Ce matin nous avons un peu de pluie, mais nous nous attendons encore à des bandes de pluie et de vent plus forts. Les service d'urgences demande aux gens de demeurer hors des routes afin de faciliter le passage des véhicules d’urgence, merci de suivre la consigne !. Nous avons instruit notre personnel de demeurer à la maison. La pluie nous empêche de travailler de toute façcon. Demain tout notre personnel sera sur le site.
