On the evening of December 24, 2022, the short-term occupant of unit 138 Waterside Drive, Jacques D’Aoust, reported to Andre Mongrain, Association President, that hot water was leaking into his unit under the west wall of his master bedroom. Upon arrival to the office, it was noted that water was running out from under the front door.

Le soir du 24 décembre 2022, l’occupant à court terme de l’unité 138, Jacques D’Aoust, a signalé à André Mongrain, président de l’Association, que de l’eau chaude s’infiltrait dans son unité depuis le mur ouest de sa chambre principale. À l’arrivée au bureau, nous avons remarqué que l’eau s’écoulait par la porte d’entrée.
