place on June 15, 2023 at 7:30 pm.

 This is a formality that your Board needs to execute in accordance with the
Florida Statutes. All insurance policies have been paid as of May 30, 2023.
Now we need to complete the task of collecting the funds to reimburse the
financial institution that provided Waterside with a loan. The amount of the
Special Assessment per unit amounts to $450.00 USD (Four Hundred Fifty
Dollars) and your Board is asking every owner to turn in their payment.

 Please do not combine on a single check your special assessment payment
with the regular monthly fee payment. Please send your payment as soon as
possible so we can minimize the interest charge on the loan. For our owners
that are on ACH, this is completely separate from your regular monthly
payment process, nothing is changed on that process, you will need to send a
check to pay the special assessment.

 More information will be released on how to join the June 15th Zoom
meeting.

 Make your check payable to the order of Waterside Village, indicating at
the bottom your unit number and mentioning "special assessment" and mail it

Il s'agit d'une formalité que votre conseil d'administration doit exécuter
conformément aux statuts de la Floride. Toutes les polices d'assurance ont
été payées au 30 mai 2023. Nous devons maintenant terminer la tâche de
collecter les fonds pour rembourser l'institution financière qui a accordé
un prêt à Waterside. Le montant de la cotisation spéciale par unité s'élève
à 450,00 $ USD (Four Hundred Fifty Dollars USD) et votre conseil demande à
chaque propriétaire de remettre son paiement rapidement.

Veuillez ne pas combiner sur un seul et même chèque le paiement de votre
cotisation spéciale avec le paiement des frais mensuels réguliers. Veuillez
envoyer votre paiement pour la cotisation spéciale dès que possible afin que
nous puissions minimiser les frais d'intérêt sur le prêt. Pour nos
propriétaires qui sont sur ACH, le paiement de la cotisation spéciale est
complètement à part de votre processus de paiement mensuel régulier, qui
demeure inchangé.
